Travis Scott's highly anticipated Air Jordan 1 “Medium Olive” is rumored to drop in September, replacing the previously expected “Black/Olive” colorway. Additionally, the “Pink Pack” is set to debut in Spring 2025, featuring vibrant new styles for sneaker enthusiasts.
New Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low 'Medium Olive' Expected for Fall 2024, Teased on Instagram
According to sneaker Files and @zSneakerheadz on Instagram (via Complex), a new Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low in the “Black/Sail/Medium Olive/Muslin” colorway is hotly anticipated for a fall 2024 release. While we don't have any images of the alleged design yet, the accounts have shared a prototype, giving us a taste of what's to come next year.
The image implies that the alleged Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low colorway will comprise olive appliqué panels set against a black upper. Travis' signature reverse Swoosh logo resurfaces on the lateral side, as in previous incarnations; "Cactus Jack" branding is anticipated to appear on the tongue. Additionally, the accounts divulged numerous style codes for the footwear, suggesting that the collaboration will be offered in various sizes, including those suitable for adults, preschoolers, and toddlers.
Travis Scott and Jordan Brand have a history of exciting collaborations. This year alone, they've dropped two Air Jordan 1 Low colorways. In April, they unveiled the women's exclusive “Olive” pair, and in October, they surprised us with a golf-specific iteration.
Travis and Jordan Brand have not yet issued an official statement regarding the release date of their highly anticipated "Black/Olive" Air Jordan 1 collaboration.
Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 'Pink Pack' Set for Spring 2025 to Mark 40th Anniversary Celebration
In last month's report, while the 40th anniversary of the Air Jordan 1 will not occur until 2025, reliable sources are gradually disclosing information regarding Jordan Brand's strategies for commemorating this momentous occasion. Two additional Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG SP releases are now known to accompany the Air Jordan 1 Hi '85 "Bred" to begin the year.
Sneakermarketro confirms that this collaborative specialty will be available in two pink colorways suitable for early Spring attire in the spring of 2025. The confirmed official color specifications for men's apparel are Sail/Shy Pink/Muslin; it is Dark Pony/Pink Oxford for women's apparel. The speculative mock-ups depicting these color palettes are provided below.
The recurring discourse surrounding the release of each new Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 product dates back to 2023, when it was reported that Nike and Jordan would be shifting their attention from the Air Jordan 1 to other endeavors. Paradoxically, there is an increased emphasis on the '85 model, given that several color variations are slated to be introduced in the coming year. This phenomenon may be primarily attributed to the deceleration in sales and decreasing demand for all iterations of the Air Jordan 1.
Although official release dates for both pairs have yet to be disclosed, they are anticipated to arrive in the first quarter of the new year.
