“The Resident” Season 2 Episode 4 is filled with toxic duty hours for the staff of Chastain Park Memorial Hospital. According to the synopsis of the upcoming episode, Chastain will be inundated with people who need urgent medical attention, Carter Matt reported.
These patients came from a music festival where a stampede occurred. But “The Resident” Season 2 Episode 4 will be more than that as it’s set to further develop the characters of the medical drama.
“Chastain is flooded with concertgoers when a stampede at a music festival grounds leaves many in need of doctors. As Conrad [Matt Czuchry) and Nic [Emily VanCamp] race to help Josh Robinson (guest star Tanc Sade), a professional adventure guide with a long list of prior injuries, Devon works with a musician who swears he is sober, even though his toxicology report suggests otherwise. Meanwhile, Bell [Bruce Greenwood] stirs the pot when the hospital’s revered orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Kit Voss (Jane Leeves), demands a better resident, Julian (guest star Jenna Dewan) works to get her boss on Bell’s good side and Winthrop continues to push Conrad to believe he’s a changed man.” All of these plot developments will push the overarching narrative forward in “The Resident” Season 2 Episode 4.
What makes this show really interesting is the fact that two of the staff of Chastain are building their relationship even though they’re working in the same facility. It’s a well-known fact that this sort of set-up doesn’t bode well for those who are involved as it complicates matters when it comes to the professional side of things. “The Resident” Season 2 Episode 4 will further expound on this and have Conrad and Nic make a compromise with each other in order for their relationship to work.
Of course, it’s not just these two that make the storyline gripping as the other characters’ own motivation slowly unfolds as well. “The Resident” Season 2 Episode 4 is titled “About Time” and is slated to air on Oct. 15.
