“The Curse of Oak Island” season 7 was surely renewed even if there is no official announcement from History Channel yet. There is no doubt that it is coming back for another season as leaked photos posted by local residents of the island proved that works have resumed, and so is the filming.
Many viewers are eagerly waiting for “The Curse of Oak Island” season 7 because the finale of season 6 revealed Rick and Marty Lagina’s greatest find yet. It was said that it is the biggest discovery yet in the whole project since they started their exploration to find the Money Pit.
The sunken ship mystery
The team detected something that looks like a ship, but they still have to go underwater to see if this is what they really found. If it is indeed a ship, it is believed to hold treasures that were deliberately buried there and concealed by a swamp that was suggested to be man-made. The team is excited to know what this could be and fans are expecting “The Curse of Oak Island” season 7 to reveal what they found.
Anomaly at H8 shaft
Also, aside from this, the Lagina brothers and their team are setting their eyes at the H8 shaft as the sonar scan revealed that they probably found a man-made chamber located at 170-feet deep underground. They said that if the void that they found in the sonar scanning they could be just moments away from uncovering the Chapell’s Vault, the original Money Pit.
The Smith’s Cove
It should be noted that they also found bizarre wood structures in Smith’s Cove. After analyzing the wood, they were found to be from the 1700s, and this heightened the possibilities that the “L” and “U” shape structures were used when the Money Pit was built. Thus, they believe it could lead them to the treasures as well. And based on the photos published by a resident of the island, the team are currently focusing on the swamp and Smith’s Cove as works are ongoing there.
“The Curse of Oak Island” season 7 has no premiere date yet, but it was predicted to arrive in November. If this is the right schedule, the announcement will be out very soon.
