“Supernatural” season 14 episode 9 will show old allies coming back to help defeat an archangel. The Winchester brothers are faced with a battle that is not certain that they could win so they need all the help that they could get.
As per Rotten Tomatoes, “Supernatural” season 14 episode 9 is titled “The Spear” and its synopsis reads: “Sam and Dean enlist the help of their pal Garth to gain inside information on what Michael may be planning; the brothers split up to go after weapons that can aid in their fight against the Archangel”
As stated, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) will go out and ask for some help. They will approach their friend Garth as they want to obtain some important information that will let them know what Michael the Archangel is up to and planning.
The Winchesters will also look for weapons that will help increase their chances of winning in the fight. This is one of those faceoffs that they cannot win so they are doing everything to avoid losing in “Supernatural” season 14 episode 9.
In any case, DJ Quall is back as a guest in “Supernatural” season 14 episode 9. He will still be Garth, the werewolf so he is the perfect ally for Sam and Dean in the upcoming story.
Meanwhile, as this is also the fall finale, fans can expect major cliffhanger at the end of the episode. Will someone perish in this new battle? How will the Winchesters defeat the archangel? The answers will be revealed in “Supernatural” season 14 episode 9.
“Supernatural” season 14 episode 9 is directed by Amyn Kaderali and written by Robert Berens. It will air on Dec. 13 at 8 p.m. on CW Network. The show will return sometime in January after a short break.
