“Supernatural” season 14 episode 6 will have the well-loved TV brothers working on separate cases. Sam (Jared Padalecki) will be reunited with their hacker friend, Charlie (Felicia Day), while Dean (Jensen Ackles) goes out to “hunt” with another character.
Charlie is one of the more familiar recurring guest roles in the series. She started out as an IT expert/hacker and turned out to be a reliable ally for the Winchester brothers. Much to fans' enjoyment, she will be back in “Supernatural” season 14 episode 6.
Sam will be focusing on a series of mysterious disappearances and will enlist Charlie’s help to solve the case in “Supernatural” season 14 episode 6. Later the two get a lead after Charlie suggests that the perpetrators are a group of hybrid creatures described as a mix between humans and insects.
This case will lead Sam and Charlie to an action-filled night. The “Supernatural” season 14 episode 6 trailer shows Sam lying in the ground and pointing a gun at an enemy. As he pulls the trigger, a splash of black blood splatters onto Charlie’s face and all she can let out is a sarcastic, “Cool.”
The official synopsis of “Supernatural” season 14 episode 6 indicates that Dean will be partnering with Jack (Alexander Calvert) next week. “Jack believes that he has found a case and convinces Dean to partner-up with him on the hunt,” the teaser reads.
It will not take long before Dean is convinced that there is enough evidence to start a hunt in “Supernatural” season 14 episode 6. Dean is seen physically tackling an evil possessed guy at one point.
Meanwhile, it can be recalled that previous events have foreshadowed the possibility that Jack is sick. Since he is likely going to be present in many scenes of “Supernatural” season 14 episode 6, more details are likely in place to show how this unknown disease is affecting him.
“Supernatural” season 14 episode 6 is titled “Optimism,” which Sam and Dean would obviously need for a double-trouble episode. "Optimism" will air on Thursday, Nov. 15, at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
