Unexpected things are about to happen in the hit superhero TV series ‘Supergirl’, so we better buckle up and get ourselves ready for what is about to hit us. So let us start by reading some of the spoilers about the upcoming episode of the series.
The official synopsis from The Futon Critic reads: "Kara turns on her friends and the citizens of National City after being exposed to Red Kryptonite makes her malicious and dangerous. Also, Cat appears on THE TALK to discuss Supergirl."
Our good girl superhero Kara (Melissa Benoist) will transform into a bitchy, femme fatale. It remains uncertain how Kara has come in contact with the element. While the regular Kryptonite weakens her, the scarlet version affects her in an entirely different manner. It changes her personality, from being a meek, nerdy girl to an aggressive, sexy woman. Although her new taste in clothes and expression will draw eyes from both of the sexes, it will be her attitude that will confound her colleagues at CatCo the most.
We will even get to see a different look of Kara where her fashion style gets a bit edgy and sexy. The promo photos show Kara wearing a sexy black number to work. She even has her long blonde hair in a sophisticated bun. In one image, Siobhan (Italia Ricci) is seen looking at Kara in surprise, as the latter poses in front of her desk wearing a tight sleeveless turtleneck paired with a black and white bondage skirt. Kara's expression also looks different. She looks condescending and angry at the same time. One photo shows her getting pissed with Alex (Chyler Leigh) while wearing a skintight black suit.
This change in Kara will definitely affect her team and the people of National City. And instead of being the go to hero when there are problems, this time the tables will turn and she will be the main source of problem as she becomes a villain.
Watch out what happens next as "Supergirl" airs Mondays at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
