‘Suits’ Season 6, Episode 5 Updates: “Trust” Follows Mike Trying to Win Over Kevin, New Love Interest for Louis? USA Networks Renews Season 7

‘Suits’ season 6, episode 5 is entitled “Trust” and will follow Mike trying to win over Kevin despite the latter’s suspicions. Louis may also find a new love interest in Tara. Meanwhile, the USA Network’s longest-running series has recently been renewed for season 7.

According to International Business Times, the incoming episode will follow Mike (Patrick J. Adams) trying to win his new friend Kevin’s (Erik Palladino) trust in order to snitch on him and lessen his prison sentence. In the preceding episode, Mike spent some time with fiancée Rachel (Meghan Markle) and was convinced of taking Sean’s (Neal McDonough) offer of getting him an immediate release in exchange of incriminating information about Kevin.

Episode 5 will follow Mike trying to push his strategy of winning over his cell mate’s trust for his own benefit. However, things may not be too easy since Kevin is already suspicious of his friend’s motivations.

Meanwhile, Louis (Rick Hoffman) may find a new love interest in the incoming episode. According to Movie News Guide, Louis is clearly smitten with architect Tara (Carly Pope) and may be asking Donna (Sarah Rafferty) for help on the romance department.

Pope revealed during a previous interview that the two characters are “naturally compatible”. She teased, “They love the same things. They see the same things in life. They appreciate the lyricism that life presents. They think artfully. There are all these common ground moments between them that makes for an easy dynamic.”

She said, “A lot of the Louis that we know as an audience is kept at bay with Tara, for better or worse… doesn’t see the Littisms that everybody else sees.” Pope added, “Tara draws out in Louis a genuine honesty that maybe we don’t see as often as we should… They bring out the best in one another.”

Meanwhile, season 7 of the legal drama television series has recently been renewed by the USA Network. According to Deadline, the newest season is expected to premiere some time in 2017.

It is currently the network’s longest-running series and will reach its 100th episode in the seventh season. It reportedly averaged more than 3 million total viewers for season 6.

‘Suits’ is a legal drama television series created by Aaron Korsh. It is produced by Gene Klein, Gabriel Macht, and Patrick J. Adams and executive produced by Doug Liman and Dave Bartis. Season 6’s episode 5 is scheduled to air on the USA Network on August 10, 2016.
