Selena Gomez and Bella Hadid were constantly on the headlines as they were said to be fighting. The most recent report is that the “Wizards of Waverly Place” felt disappointed after the model deleted a photo that the singer/actress commented on.
Some fans thought that when Selena Gomez started following Hadid again a few weeks ago, the gesture would end their rift, but it seems that their conflict just got deeper with the snub as the model also failed to follow back the singer on social media. But fortunately, Justin Bieber’s ex immediately apologized and said that she should not have responded by saying “that sucks” when she was informed that Hadid removed the Instagram post she commented on.
Why Selena apologized
The Hollywood Life reported that Gomez is no longer feels offended by Hadid’s move of deleting her post. The singer/actress explained that she shouldn’t have spoken out without checking the truth first. She went on to apologize by saying, “I’m sorry. Please don’t be hurtful. She (Bella) is a wonderful person, and it was all a misunderstanding.
Bella Hadid also later explained why she deleted her photo to clarify the snub reports on Selena Gomez. In a report published on TMZ, it stated that the model already talked to Gomez through a phone call, and they were able to clear things up.
Hadid was said to have told Gomez that she took down her picture because she was not happy with how she looks and it is not because she commented on it. It was added that the model made it clear that there is no bad blood between them just because of The Weeknd.
Were Selena and Bella friends before dating The Weeknd?
It has long been alleged that Selena Gomez and Bella Hadid started to fight because of The Weeknd. Based on the rumors, it all started when the former started dating the “Heartless” singer after he broke up with the latter.
This was in 2017, and the two women were said to have unfollowed each other immediately, but it seems that there could be another reason why they did, and they themselves only know what it is. The two knew each other before dating The Weeknd, but they are not close. The singer/producer did not date them at the same time, so the reports that Selena Gomez and Bella Hadid are fighting because of him do not make sense.
