BEIJING, Sept. 22, 2017 -- Secoo Holding Limited (“Secoo” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:SECO), Asia's largest online integrated upscale products and services platform, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,500,000 American depositary shares (“ADSs”) at a price to the public of US$13.00 per ADS for a total offering size of approximately US$110.50 million, assuming the underwriters do not exercise their option to purchase additional ADSs. Each two ADSs represent one Class A ordinary share. The ADSs are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market today under the symbol “SECO”.
The Company has granted the underwriters an option, exercisable within 30 days from the date of the final prospectus, to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,275,000 additional ADSs to cover over-allotments.
Jefferies LLC and BNP Paribas Securities Corp. are acting as joint bookrunners for the offering.
