Also, on February 5, 2018, Sabra's board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on February 28, 2018 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 15, 2018.
In addition, on February 5, 2018, Sabra's board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.4453125 per share of Series A Preferred Stock. The dividend will be paid on February 28, 2018 to preferred stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 15, 2018.
