HORSHAM, Pa., March 15, 2018 -- Phenom People, the leader in Talent Relationship Marketing (TRM), announced today that it will hold its first annual conference this May at the DoubleTree by Hilton in beautiful Center City, Philadelphia.
IAMPHENOM, a two-day event beginning on May 2nd, will play host to Talent Acquisition and Human Resources leaders who will gather to discuss technology’s impact on recruiting and how advancements will continue to change the TA and HR landscape.
“IAMPHENOM will bring together the most innovative minds in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources to exchange ideas on the future of recruitment marketing and ways to improve the talent acquisition process,” said Mahe Bayireddi, CEO of Phenom People. “Technology is an educational experience and this event will capitalize on that by bringing together inspirational thought leaders who are preparing for the changes that lie ahead in talent acquisition.”
Artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive analytics, and chatbots to name a few, are the driving forces that are impacting TA’s and HR’s responsibilities. IAMPHENOM sessions will cover these topics and more and will leave plenty of time for attendees to hear challenges other leaders are facing and how they’re tackling them.
