Park Shin Hye is not just into acting and singing these days. She is also trying out variety reality shows, and recently, she was reported to have expanded her experience in show business by trying out a hosting job in the newest documentary show on MBC.
The actress has joined the cast of “Humanimal,” a documentary that will show how humans and animals co-exist. “Miracle in Cell No. 7” actor Ryu Seung Ryong is also participating in the program as one of the hosts.
About “Humanimals”
KDramaStars reported that the producer of the show gathered many big stars for this project. It has managed to sign up Park Shin Hye, Yoo Hae Jin, and Seung Ryong. The actors will not only serve as the documentary’s narrators, but they will be actively participating as official presenters.
This means that they were also at the location where the documentary was shot and had close encounters with the animals that they are presenting. The trio had visited a few of the world's largest animal habitats in locations that include South Africa, the U.S., Zimbabwe, Botswana, Japan, Thailand, and Kenya.
It was added that the artists and the crew have traveled for 10 months to film the “Humanimals” documentary. The premiere date for this 5-episode show has already been set for Jan. 6. It will air every Thursday at 10:05 p.m. on MBC.
Shin Hye’s other projects
While waiting for the release of her documentary, Park Shin Hye just concluded her fan meeting in Seoul. Salt Entertainment announced this year-end fan meet in October, and it took place on Dec. 8 at the Yes 24 Live Hall in Gucheon-myeon-ro, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.
Shin Hye’s “2019 Park Shin Hye Fanmeeting – Voice of Angel,” was successful. This event with her fans marks the end of her fan meeting tours in Asia.
Meanwhile, Park Shin Hye immediately went back to filming her movie with Yoo Ah In. While her “Call” movie has not premiered yet, she is busy shooting scenes for her new film called “#ALONE.” This will be the actress’ first project with Ah In, who is one of Korea’s best lead actors.
