Procter & Gamble's natural deodorant brand, Native, has unveiled its latest collection that consists of products made using the famous Girls Scout Cookie as inspiration. Native created a new line of products featuring the scents and flavors of cookies sold by Girl Scouts in the United States to raise funds.
Freshening Up With Line of New Scents
Cincinnati News reported that Native's limited-edition collection also offers body washes, body sprays, shampoos, and conditioners that smell like the Girls Scout Cookies. These items are being marketed as natural with no dye, paraben, and sulfate content. They are also said to be vegan, so the "cruelty-free" tag is on their labels as well.
"At Native, we pride ourselves on delighting our consumers with something unexpected yet 'craveable,'" Native's chief executive officer, Vineet Kumar, said in a press release. "We are so excited to partner with Girl Scouts to transform its iconic cookie flavors into scents for our clean, simple, and effective collection of products."
Girl Scout U.S.' chief revenue officer, Wendy Lou, added, "Seeing our cookies inspire an entire line of personal care products is really exciting. These products are a fun twist on ways folks can enjoy the scents of our beloved cookie flavors."
New Deo Scent Inspired by Girl Scout's Famous Cookies
P&G said that its Native natural deodorant brand will start selling products in various scents and flavors. This will make deodorants not only effective to use but fun and exciting as well. The new limited-edition Girl Scout Cookie deo products to choose from are Caramel Coconut, Trefoils, Peanut Butter, Lemon, and Thin Mints.
These will also be available in body wash, body spray, shampoo, and conditioner forms and sold under the Native brand. Deodorants are priced at $13, while the other products range from $9 to $14. The new Native Girls Scout collection is already available at www.nativecos.com and Target stores in the U.S.
