The second season of “One Punch Man” proved that Garou is a worthy opponent, especially in the last two episodes. “One Punch Man” season 3 is going to be even more exciting for the Hero Hunter as he is about to interact with the Monster Association and its leader Orochi.

‘One Punch Man’ season 3 episode 1: What to expect

The second season finale ended with a post-credit scene showing the whereabouts of Garou. Even though he managed to defeat several enemies in the last two episodes, he fell short when several heroes, including Saitama, joined Genos in the fight. The final scene in season 2 shows Genos unconscious and being dragged by Phoenix Man. This gives away a major hint at where fans will see Garou next in “One Punch Man” season 3.

The said scene means that Phoenix Man is about to bring Garou to the Monster Association’s hideout. Based on the number of manga chapters usually adapted into one anime episodes, the premiere of “One Punch Man” season 3 will most likely feature Garou regaining his consciousness.

In the manga, he wakes up to a note welcoming him to the Monster Association, but he did not seem too keen about staying the villains. He later wanders around the monsters’ hideout and gets an idea at how the Monster Association is organized. Meanwhile, “One Punch Man” season 3 episode 1 will likely show that some of the villains are not appreciative of Garou’s presence because he is an obvious favorite of Orochi.

‘One Punch Man’ season 3 spoilers: What does Orochi want from Garou?

As soon as Garou wakes up in “One Punch Man” season 3, Orochi offers him to become an executive member of the Monster Association and his assistant. Of course, other Monsters will not like that offer, but their leader will explain what is so special about Garou.

It is important to note that Garou is technically human at this point. However, Orochi is more after his “anti-hero ideology” being known as the notorious Hero Hunter. Orochi appreciates Garou’s strength and ability to fight S-Class Heroes alone. But before he becomes an official member of the Monster Association, Orochi challenges him to bring them a fresh head of a Hero.

Fans will certainly see Garou spending plenty of time with the monsters and how he slowly becomes a monster as well. Meanwhile, “One Punch Man” season 3 has not been confirmed yet, so a release date is still unknown.
