“One Piece” chapter 968 release date will finally arrive in a week. Fans are very excited about the upcoming installment as it might finally feature the highly anticipated showdown between two powerful characters, Oden and Kaido.
Roger finally completed his lifelong goal in the previous chapter. With the help of Oden and his ability to read Poneglyphs, they finally made their way to the last island which they name Laugh Tale. One of the major events that are expected to happen in “One Piece chapter 968 will be Roger finally disbanding the Roger Pirates.
Oden will eventually return to Wano country to see his wife Toki and their children Momonosuke and Hiyori. Unfortunately for him, he will run into some serious problems upon his return to his hometown, which will likely be featured in “One Piece” 968.
Orochi has already tasted what it’s like to be in power as Wano’s regent. Even if Oden, the rightful heir to the throne returns in “One Piece” chapter 968, Orochi won’t be willing to step down and hand over the reins of power to the former. This is already evident based on the fact that he remains the Shogun of the country to this day.
“One Piece” chapter 968 will likely reveal how Orochi entered into an alliance with Kaido, an alliance that still stands to this day. Thus, Orochi will likely use Kaido to deal with the powerful Oden for something in return.
The highly anticipated fight between Kaido and Oden might already start in “One Piece” chapter 968. While Kaido is a Yonko and is considered very powerful, Oden is no pushover either.
In fact, it was Oden who gave Kaida his scar using his legendary sword Enma. It’s interesting to see just how powerful Oden really is when he gets serious. Perhaps the Yonko-level battle everyone’s been waiting for will finally happen in “One Piece” chapter 968.
