Nikkole has been in community association management for over ten years. She started in the industry in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she was a portfolio manager gaining valuable industry experience. In 2011, Nikkole and her fiancee moved to Houston, Texas, where she became a portfolio manager for a small management company. Nikkole then went on to be an on-site manager for a large-scale community, where she stayed for over 5 years. Her experience in HOA management ranges from condominiums to large-scale single-family communities.
Nikkole has earned the designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) through Community Association Institute (CAI).
