GQ Magazine, a leading international monthly men's magazine, has jumped into the NFT bandwagon this month. It has officially joined the growing list of publications and media outlets that are releasing their own non-fungible tokens or digital tokens.

GQ Magazine announced that it would release its first NFT collection that comes with a few perks, including exclusive access to its GQ3 community and exclusive merchandise offerings. The publication said that holders of its first set of NFTs will be given access to its magazine subscription, live events, and special products.

According to CoinDesk, the magazine's first NFT drop has been titled "GQ3 Issue 001: Change Is Good." This collection consists of 1,661 digital tokens that are linked to art pieces made by artists REO, Serwah Attafuah, Chuck Anderson, and Kelsey Niziolek.

Each digital token will allow buyers to claim added rewards like a GQ magazine subscription, a ticket to the inaugural GQ3 party that will be held in April in New York City, and a box of GQ-branded product items. They will also be allowed to enter a special Discord channel in addition to priority access to more releases in the future.

"We have carefully curated some of the most exciting and forward-thinking artists on the planet for GQ's first-ever offering of digital art, the GQ3 Issue 001: Change Is Good collection," GQ said in its announcement. "For this first drop, we started by carefully selecting four artists whose work we admire. Then we gave them a challenge: to explore the GQ motto Change Is Good through their work, using it as a theme to guide the creation of generative digital art."

Finally, GQ3 is a Discord server that was introduced by GQ magazine in May of last year, targeting sneaker and streetwear fans. Decrypt reported that each of the magazine's NFTs is set to be sold for 0.1957 Ethereum (ETH), which is about $330 at current prices. Fans can buy the collection starting March 8.
