The highly anticipated fight between Endeavor and Shigaraki finally happens in “Boku no Hero Academia” chapter 274. Endeavor manages to land a hit with his “Hell’s Curtain” attack as Shigaraki was momentarily lost in his thoughts while mumbling One for All.
Endeavor thinks that Shigaraki would be seriously injured due to the high temperature of the attack. But to his surprise, the villain is still able to and attempts to touch the hero’s face with his hands.
Knowing the mechanics of the Decay quirk, Endeavor quickly dodges. At this point, it dawns on him that Shigaraki now possesses regenerative abilities. He calls for pro-heroes who can move without touching the ground to assist him in dealing with the powered-up villain.
Shigaraki tries to grab Endeavor's arm but the latter is faster and manages to securely grab the villain’s wrist instead. However, the pro-hero is caught off-guard when Shigaraki blasts him with some kind of power. The force of the blast throws Endeavor off and he lands on the ground in the distance.
“MHA” chapter 274 spoilers say that Endeavor gets back on his feet in no time. The two are about to fight once more when Shigaraki suddenly shouts One for All.
Shigaraki suddenly remembers Deku’s face and remembers him as All Might’s successor. The villain heads over to the evacuation area with Endeavor following him.
It appears that the villain’s aim is Midoriya because if his One for All quirk. “Something in me drives me forward, saying I have to obtain it,” Shigaraki says to himself.
Deku realizes that Shigaraki is approaching and is probably looking for him. He then hatches a plan to lead the villain to a deserted area so any fight won’t affect civilians. Bakugo joins him and the two decide to work together against the villain.
