A preview of “My Hero Academia” Season 4 was recently released and it showed a bunch of important clues for fans to remember. One of them is the single most important character in the entire season who will play a pivotal role in practically everything. This character might not even register to viewers if they weren’t looking while watching the preview.
In the “My Hero Academia” Season 4 clip below, most of the short video’s runtime is devoted to obvious highlights such as Midoriya and Mirio or All Might and Nighteye. However, it is the last scene of the clip that is most worth paying attention. Those last few seconds show a one-horned girl named Eri and she will be the single most influential force in the upcoming season.
She appears in the video with Kai Chisaki, who will be the central villain in “My Hero Academia” Season 4. Despite his weak appearance, he is a far more dangerous enemy than Tomura Shigaraki ever could be and it shows. However, his secret weapon in the upcoming season will actually be Eri and her Quirk. Before it, absolutely none of the powers of the other heroes will matter.
On that note, it is this same Quirk that will allow for one of the most epic fights by Midoriya to commence. Eri will basically allow him to go all-out with using his immense strength, but fans will have to wait quite a while into “My Hero Academia” Season 4 for that. Unfortunately, there will also be some truly sad events in the upcoming episodes that will also be due to Eri’s power.
When will “My Hero Academia” Season 4 air? The most recent announcement put it in October 2019. This may be a long way off for fans who want to watch the show again, but that’s just how it is.
