“My Hero Academia” Season 4 was never going to be an episode about heroes protecting the students of UA. The fourth run of the epic superhero anime follows a series of events where teens had to grow up fast after facing serious difficulties. This will be useful in the upcoming season since it will put the grown-up Pro Heroes through the grinder and the students of UA will need to step up or risk utter defeat.
As Den of Geek reports, “My Hero Academia” Season 4 will feature the new “internship arc” where Deku and the rest of the 1A students will be introduced to new heroes who they will work under. Fittingly, Mirio will introduce All Might’s successor to the retired hero’s former sidekick, Nighteye. As someone who can see the future, he is regarded as an unmatched tactician.
Unfortunately for him, the villains of “My Hero Academia” Season 4 will not be easy to deal with. With Overhaul as the new face of bad guys, everyone will be pushed to their limits in the upcoming battles. This includes “The Big 3” of UA, the students of 1A, and most of all, Deku. There will even be plenty of cases where the survival of even the Pro Heroes will depend on the students interning under them.
The reason for involving the kids who are not even technically professionals yet is the overwhelming threat that Overhaul and his minions will pose. “My Hero Academia” Season 4 will essentially see the existence of the entire Pro Hero community being threatened by a new weapon. This weapon has the potential to erase Quirks permanently, so the upcoming fights will be an all-or-nothing kind of deal.
As for when “My Hero Academia” Season 4 will be premiering, fans can mark October as the month to remember. The specific date should be announced shortly before the season airs.
