Miranda Lambert is an award-winning country singer and songwriter who already won two Grammy’s in 2011 and 2015. Now, “The House that Built Me” songstress will showcase her singing prowess once again at the upcoming 2019 Cheyenne Frontier Days music festival which will begin on July 19 at the Frontier Park, Cheyenne.
It was announced more than two weeks ago that Miranda Lambert has joined the official lineup of the performers in the 9-day music festival. According to Wyoming News, the officials of the event announced the petite country singer’s participation on Dec. 13, 2018.
Aside from Miranda Lambert, Keith Urban, Josh Turner, Tanya Tucker, Tim McGraw, Devin Dawson, Rascal Flats with Clint Black and Lady Antebellum and Rascal Flatts would also be there to provide good music to the festival goers. This is not Blake Shelton’s ex’s first appearance at the Cheyenne Frontier Days because she was also a guest in 2010.
“Miranda has always been a good draw for us,” Wyoming News quoted CFD Contract Acts chairman Randy Krafft. “She’s very popular with the country crowds. She’s got some good songs out there right now, and we thought it would be a good fit with the rest of the lineup this year.”
With the likes of Miranda Lambert and Keith Urban, the lineup of performers for the 2019 Cheyenne Frontier Days music festival is already impressive but it was stated that the committee will add more country acts soon. They further revealed that Miranda has been scheduled to perform on July 24 and the ticket prices for the shows range from $39-$81.
Meanwhile, Miranda Lambert recently released an album with her band, Pistol Annies. Together with Ashley Monroe and Angaleena Presley, they unveiled “Interstate Gospel” in November and it immediately topped the charts due to Miranda’s controversial divorce songs.
