Miranda Lambert's split with “The Voice” coach Blake Shelton took the news by storm when Shelton left the “Pistol Annies” artist for Gwen Stefani. While most news about Shelton has mostly revolved around whether he and Stefani will finally tie the knot, Lambert's recently single-and-ready-to-mingle lifestyle has been her own burden to carry in the face of the Hollywood grapevine.
Recently, stories have been surfacing about Miranda Lambert's post-Shelton relationships as well as her interactions with her ex-husband. According to common rumors, Lambert has married Evan Felker, wants his babies, buried the hatchet with Blake Shelton by congratulating him about his secret wedding with Stefani, and finally, was consoled by Lambert during her break-up with Anderson East.
Gossip Cop has been busting these stories by pointing out that the rumors had the unfortunate experience of being published while more verifiable stories report otherwise. Regarding Miranda Lambert's alleged “secret wedding” with Felker, – as well as stories that claim Lambert was looking forward to having the Turnpike Troubadour frontman's baby – the story that the couple split immediately broke out in the news almost at the same time the claims of the marriage were circulating.
Miranda Lambert and Evan Felker's “secret wedding” was not the only “secret wedding” that gets debunked. Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have been fighting the gossip machine over claims that the couple has already eloped since getting together. The rumor mill even mixes things up by sometimes claiming the two have officially broken up due to the lack of any wedding plans. But still, Shelton and Stefani are verifiably unwed, which would preclude Lambert from sending a congratulatory message to her ex-husband as a gesture of supposed goodwill.
In addition to a “secret wedding” or a break-up not happening between Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani, Miranda Lambert's own recent performance during her two-night artist-in-residence concert at the CMA Theater in Nashville was filled with shout-outs and shade towards her former husband. If Miranda Lambert is still emotionally affected by Shelton and her divorce, it would be a stretch for her to send him congratulations for a “secret wedding.”
While Miranda Lambert may not be totally over her relationship with Blake Shelton despite her recent relationships, fans of Lambert can still enjoy the music she creates which continues to drip with the flavor of experience.
