Manny Pacquiao is set to fight another undefeated boxer, Keith Thurman. If the Filipino fighter can win over this American opponent, he will make another history by snatching his Super WBA Welterweight World Champion belt. The two are scheduled to face each other at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on July 20.

Now, to prepare for the fight, Pacquiao already started training so he can be in the best condition and keep his body in good shape. On the other hand, it was reported that Thurman needs to work out more as he is way overweight for the fight.

According to Rappler, with less than two months before the much-awaited boxing game, Manny Pacquiao is already fit with his current weight not far from the limit of 147 pounds whereas the 30-year-old Thurman looks bloated, so he needs to work out over time. It was noted that aside from being heavier, Thurman is also taller from Pacman by two inches.

Nevertheless, Keith Thurman assured everyone that he would be in perfect shape when the official weigh-in comes. He is also determined to beat the world-renowned Filipino boxing champion.

In any case, Manny Pacquiao started his training in his hometown in General Santos City and in Manila, Philippines. He is being supervised by his coach Buboy Fernandez and conditioning trainer Justin Fortune. Then on June 20, he will fly to the U.S. and train in Freddie Roach’s Wild Card Gym.

Meanwhile, Boxing News 24, reported that Manny Pacquiao could earn over $1 million for his fight against Thurman in PPV buys alone. It was mentioned that although Thurman has never had a fight in PPV before, Pacman still has a strong pull from the audience and his boxing fans are still there to support him thus they are sure that the PPV buys will make it past a million and this means huge additional paycheck for Pacquiao.
