Lee Min Ho is indeed one of the most popular actors in South Korea. This was proven once again when the actor gained 20 million followers on Instagram and Facebook.
This is not an easy thing to do but Lee Min Ho can because he also has fans not just in his own country but around the world. This feat was highlighted when his agency, MYM Entertainment, posted a congratulatory photo and message to celebrate the achievement.
Min Ho’s social media accounts
Lee Min Ho’s Facebook page was the first to hit the 20 million mark but his IG page soon hit the same number within just a few weeks apart. His Instagram earned the massive number just this week and MYM Entertainment made sure to send another congratulatory message.
The actor is not just active on FB and IG but he also has an account in the Chinese equivalent of Twitter which is Weibo. On this page, he has garnered even more followers as the number of followers has already reached 28.6 million.
The 33-year-old South Korean heartthrob is only following two people on Instagram that is his agency and official fan club, the Promiz. Despite not following anyone else, millions of people follow him and this only shows how big of a star Lee Min Ho is.
In any case, Min Ho celebrated his 14th anniversary in show business. Throughout his career, he was blessed with good projects and starred with top actresses. Some of his most popular works include “Boys Over Flowers,” “The Heirs,” “Legend of the Blue Sea” and the latest “the King: The Eternal Monarch.”
What is Min Ho doing next?
Lee Min Ho is said to be reviewing proposals for his next project. But while he is still checking some offers, it seems that he is already working on something but it’s not a drama or a movie. Perhaps, some product endorsements and the likes.
In one of his previous updates on Instagram, it appears that he is working on commercial ads or modeling gigs. But then again, as can be seen on his social media posts, Lee Min Ho is mostly resting at this time after his comeback drama “TKTEM” concluded in June.
