Lady Gaga is clearly moving forward to other big projects after the major box office success of “A Star Is Born.” But romance rumors between her and Bradley Cooper are still relentless. A report recently claimed she if she cannot have the actor, she wants to date someone with very similar qualities as him.
OK! magazine reported (via Gossip Cop) having an insider that can prove Lady Gaga is determined to find a new boyfriend a couple of months since her breakup with Christian Carino was confirmed. The same report then maintained that the singer-actress found the ideal man in Cooper, but the actor is in a long-term relationship with model Irina Shayk.
“Gaga realizes she tends to outshine her partners, so she wants someone who isn’t threatened by her success,” the source of OK! said. “She’s desperate to find a man who makes her feel the kind of magic she felt with Bradley.”
However, Gossip Cop immediately dismissed OK!’s report. The fact-checking news outlet reached out to an official representative of the singer-actress who ultimately declared the article to be a made-up story. The same source maintained that Lady Gaga is not on the lookout for the next guy to date, let alone searching for a man that resembles Cooper’s qualities.
After working on “A Star Is Born” and attending prestigious award shows earlier this year, Lady Gaga obviously has a list of big projects waiting for her. It then makes it even more unbelievable that she is looking for a man like Cooper. Last month, the “Million Reasons” singer co-chaired this year’s Met Gala with Anna Wintour. The nine-time Grammy award-winning artist also launched her Haus of Gaga fashion exhibit at the in Park MGM in Las Vegas in late May.
Lady Gaga had already addressed the romance rumors between her and Cooper after their intimate on-stage performance of the song “Shallow” at the 2019 Oscars. “Look, I’ve had my arms wrapped around Tony Bennett for three years touring the world. I mean, when you’re singing love songs that’s what you want people to feel,” the singer told Jimmy Kimmel. “I guess, we did a good job and fooled ya.”
