Lady Gaga reportedly split with her fiance Christian Carino and this means their engagement is off. It was said that the singer canceled her engagement because she fell for Bradley Cooper.
As reported by Life & Style magazine, Lady Gaga and Christian Carino called it quits earlier this month, effectively ending their engagement and 2-year romance. A source supposedly told the paper, “Rumors have been swirling for months that Gaga and Bradley are totally into each other.”
The tipster further said that Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s relationship developed into something more than just friendly. The two allegedly developed special feelings for each other after filming “A Star Is Born.”
People seems to confirm the break up when it wrote that Lady Gaga looks “gloomy” on Valentine’s Day. It reported that the singer spent the day with her friends in Cabo but she does not look well despite the great weather and perfect vacation atmosphere.
"Gaga spent Valentine's Day in Cabo with friends. They stayed in a gorgeous oceanfront villa in a gated community. The weather was amazing and it was like the most perfect vacation,” the tipster told People. "Yet, you could tell everything was not great with Gaga. She seemed a bit gloomy and low energy.
The rumors of Lady Gaga and Christian Carino’s broken engagement started to circulate when fans noticed she was not wearing her engagement ring at the Grammy Awards earlier this month.
The Life & Style report also alleged that Lady Gaga does not feel apologetic about developing romantic feelings for Bradley Copper and rather, she supposedly told Christian that that fate brought her and her “A Star is Born” co-star together.” In any case, Gossip Cop stated that this report about the singer breaking her engagement because she found someone new is a “complete fiction.”
It pointed out that even if Lady Gaga and Christian Carino really broke up and have no intention of reunion, they did so just because things did not work out between them. The fact-checking site is saying that Bradley Cooper has nothing to do with the split and it was the couple’s mutual decision. Lady Gaga and Bradley also previously revealed that despite their closeness, they do not have romantic feelings for each other and it is purely platonic.
