Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have films coming up and based by the look of it, the two of them are involved in exciting films that cannot be missed. The former is starring in “JT LeRoy,” a movie that tells the true-to-life story of Savannah Knoop, a woman who has been pretending to be the famous transgender author JT LeRoy.
In the movie based on 2008’s memoir “Girl Boy Girl: How I Became JT Leroy,” Kristen Stewart assumed the role as a woman with two personalities: first, an androgynous woman and the second, a scammer who pretends to be a literary expert. Robert Pattinson’s ex-girlfriend took the identity of JT LeRoy, her sister-in-law. In her biography, Knoop revealed she duped the literary world by acting as an impostor as she was persuaded to do so by Laura Albert, an author Laura.
As per The Movie Box, the synopsis for Kristen Stewart’s film reads: “Together, they embark on a wild ride of double lives, infiltrating the Hollywood and literary elite, only to discover who they are while pretending to be someone else.” Robert Pattinson’s “Twilight” co-stars with Courtney Love, Kelvin Harrison Jr, Jim Sturgess and Diane Kruger in “JT LeRoy.”
On the other hand, Robert Pattinson has been signed to do Christopher Nolan’s newest film. The movie proved to be a real top secret when it was revealed that Kristen Stewart’s ex-boyfriend was even locked up in a room when he read the script for the first time. The actor said that he was actually sworn to secrecy about Nolan’s latest project that was described as "massive, innovative action blockbuster."
"I got locked in a room to read the script – I don't have it myself," he told USA Today. "I've been a little wary of doing big movies for years and years, but there's just something about Chris Nolan's stuff."
He added, "He (Nolan) seems like the only director now who can do what is essentially a very personal, independent movie that has huge scale. I read the script and it's unreal."
Robert Pattinson will film this Nolan’s movie throughout 2019 and it is expected to arrive in movie houses on July 17, 2020. For Kristen Stewart’s “JT LeRoy,” it will premiere in theaters on April 26.
