Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have led different lives after parting ways in 2012. Initially, they were on bad terms as the cause of their breakup was cheating, and it was the former who committed the deed.
But later on, Stewart and Pattison gradually started to become friends again, and they moved on with their respective relationships as well. Despite their bitter separation, fans were calling for them to team up again. Although they can never reunite again as lovers, they at least want to see them together even in movies or other projects.
K-Stew and R-Patz projects
However, they are not getting any offer to work together. It is possible that the right project has not come out yet and fans are continuing to hope of their reunion one day.
While they don’t have any projects together, each of them has been getting plenty of really good roles. In fact, Kristen Stewart has been cast as one of the leads in “Charlie’s Angels,” and this is probably her biggest break since “Twilight.” On the other hand, Robert Pattinson also landed a good role when he was chosen to be the next Bruce Wayne in Matt Reeve’s “Batman” flick.
Stewart says she’s happy for Rob
With his casting, many people were happy for him, and this includes his ex-girlfriend K-Stew.
Proving that they have moved past from their past experience as a couple and on good terms now, Kristen Stewart expressed excitement when she was asked about Robert Pattinson’s caped superhero role.
She attended the 2019 Toronto International Film Festival last weekend, and on the red carpet, she was asked about her ex. She gamely gave an answer and was visibly happy talking about Robert Pattinson.
“I feel like he’s the only guy that could play that part,” she told Variety when asked about R-Patz casting for the Matt Reeve’s film. “I’m so happy for him. It’s crazy. I’m very, very happy about that. I heard that, and I was like, ‘Oh man! It’s awesome.’”
Will fans see Stewart and Pattison together again?
This is not far from happening as Kristen Stewart said that she will not turn down an offer to star with Robert Pattinson. She added that she is all for the project if an offer comes her way. The actress recently told Harper’s Bazaar that she was serious when she was still in a relationship with R-Patz and having had this kind of relationship in the past may have made it easier for K-Stew to decide that she can work with him again.
