Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman's marriage may not be the most eventful Hollywood romance story but it has not stopped the rumor mill from churning out gossip that claims the star couple's relationship is on the rocks.
Keith Urban recently opened up during an interview on “The Kyle and Jackie O Radio Show” that he and his wife may be used to dealing with the gossip industry but the rumors have been particularly hurtful to his and Nicole Kidman's children. Urban talks about how he and Kidman have a tough time explaining to their daughters why stories about their mother and father having relationship problems are sold on the street.
Some of the more recent rumors about Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman's marriage which the couple may have had to explain to their daughters include claims that the country singing star was caught in public having an affair with another woman.
The star couple's friends are roped into the story from time to time as well when around Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban. A recent rumor spread that claims the “Moulin Rouge” actress started a brawl with Reese Witherspoon backstage during one of Keith Urban's Graffiti U World Tour concerts.
Urban mentions having to explain to his and Nicole Kidman's daughters that the stories are being used to sell magazines. Thankfully, Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman, who have been together since 2006, have an understanding family who, as Urban describes, have learned to ignore the tabloid stories over time.
Still, the 50-year-old country singer mentions that he finds the rumors created by the gossip industry absurd when he sees familiar photos of him and Nicole Kidman with an unbelievable story associated with them. Hopefully, Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman's daughters will not have to deal with the kind of celebrity fixation that their parents have gone through when they grow older.
