Multiple sources claim Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are in a very happy relationship. In fact, the actor is reportedly ready to pop the question and even wants their own family in the future.
Recently, Life & Style reported that Bloom and Perry got secretly engaged while on vacation in Greece last month. A source of the publication claimed Bloom realized Perry is "the one," especially since she went away for months for a concert tour.
Despite the obvious happiness Bloom and Perry share, Gossip Cop was told by the singer’s spokesperson that they are not yet engaged. The rumor was further dismissed by another insider close to the “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor.
However, on a good note, it seems that an engagement is not too far-fetched for Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry. PEOPLE recently reported that the actor “is ready to settle down” with the “American Idol” judge.
“She hasn’t put any pressure on their relationship lately, and everything is just easy. Being with Katy makes Orlando very happy. In the past, he seemed so scattered and unwilling to settle down. He is like a new person now and everyone is excited for him,” a source who spoke with PEOPLE said.
It can be recalled that Bloom and Perry first became a couple in 2016. But in March 2017, they released a joint statement confirming they decided to “[take a] respectful, loving space” for the meantime.
About five months later, Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry were once again seen going out together on various occasions, fueling reconciliation rumors. But the reports that confirmed they are back together only came out earlier this year.
A source close to Bloom also told PEOPLE that the time he and Perry spent away from each other helped the status of their relationship now. “Orlando is in a different place than he was last year. … He has matured a lot. … His relationship with Katy wasn’t right the first time around, but it very much is now,” the insider revealed.
While Orlando Bloom is yet to shop for an engagement ring, the actor is reportedly looking forward to a future with Katy Perry. In the latest issue of Us Weekly, another tipster said the couple has been talking “a lot” about having their first child and the “Swish Swish” singer wants it to happen soon.
