Kate Middleton and Prince William are said to be planning to have their fourth child. While this is normal, this was frowned upon because it was said that there is an unpleasant reason why they want another baby.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are already raising Prince George, 6, Princess Charlotte, 4, and one-year-old Prince Louis, but they want to add one more to their brood, and the reason was shocking. According to The Sun, a royal commenter relayed that Kate doesn’t enjoy being at the forefront of royal duties, so she wants another baby to escape from her tasks as a member of the royal family.
Is the Duchess adding a baby to escape from her duties?
Phil Dampier, a royal commentator, thinks that Prince William and Kate Middleton will try their best to have another baby this year or early next year because the latter prefers to be a stay-at-home mom and looking after her kids rather than attend to her duties as the Duchess.
“Not only does she love life in Norfolk, to be honest, but it also gives her an excuse to not be at the forefront of royal duties for a bit longer, which I don’t think she enjoys,” the publication quoted Dampier as saying. “I think Kate’s been interacting with the public and doing very well recently, but from what I’m told she rather be at home with the children.”
Plus, he added that Prince William and Kate Middleton want a fourth child to give Prince Charlotte a girl playmate. The couple is said to like the idea of having two boys and two girls in the house, and this means that they want another daughter.
Prince William and Kate celebrate Prince George’s birthday in a villa
