The "KFC Crow Order" campaign, introduced by KFC Thailand, allows fried chicken consumers to receive a free meal, topping up by crowing audibly and using their voices. This approach adds a distinctive element to International Fried Chicken Day, according to MARKETECH APAC.
KFC outlets intensified the enthusiasm on July 6, 2024, by inviting customers to participate in the entertaining "Crow-for-your-supper" event.
To be eligible for participation, customers were required to make chicken utterances at the counter, such as "Ek Ek Ek Ek" or "Cock-a-doodle-doo," and flap their arms like chicken wings. Furthermore, when placing their orders, they were required to use names that were inspired by poultry, such as "On-Ai-Et" for the Donjai Set, "Or-Ai-Uck-Et" for the Porjai Bucket, or "Uer-Auk-Ek-Ae-Uer" for The Box Signature. This amusing procedure enhanced the event's overall enjoyment.
The store's popularity exceeded all expectations, as numerous individuals fled the establishment upon its opening. Some individuals even donned poultry costumes to participate in the festivities. From rhythmic crowing to melodious poultry songs, fans showcased a variety of innovative strategies.

The event went viral on social media, garnering over 2 million prospective social media views, thousands of interactions, and over 2.2 million views in a single day on TikTok.
This event, held on July 6 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM in three specific locations: KFC Future Park Rangsit, KFC Central Plaza Phitsanulok, and KFC Soi 8 (KFC Meet & Eat) in Nakhon Pathom, was for fried chicken enthusiasts who could not attend. It was a single-day event. KFC encourages individuals to stay informed about one-day-only activations, such as this one, by following the excitement online. This will ensure they take advantage of every opportunity to crow for their supper.
Suhayl Limbada, the chief marketing officer and market director at KFC Thailand, discussed the campaign, stating, “As a fried chicken brand, our heart and soul is light-hearted and injecting that fun into the lives of our customers and our teams is a daily mission for us. We decided to go big this International Fried Chicken Day with Our ‘Crow to Get Fried Chicken’ stunt. The more people brought out their inner chicken, the more they were rewarded with our Finger Lickin’ Good chicken! Our fans absolutely loved it and suffice to say, our restaurants were buzzing with Thailand’s best cluckers!”
