KFC Australia announced the return of a very popular menu that was first introduced in 2021. The fried chicken fast-food chain is bringing back its Hot and Crispy Boneless Chicken to boost sales in the restaurants.
Since the Hot and Crispy Boneless Chicken menu is one of the most well-known fan favorites in KFC Australia, it was decided to make it a permanent food option in the stores. Then again, it was clarified that not all Kentucky Fried Chicken locations may have it for good as it will be a fixed item in some states only.
When the said menu was first added to the list of options, KFC offered it to customers for a limited time. This is a common practice for fast-food chains as they are trying to determine if customers will love a new food offering.
After gauging, restaurants will then decide whether to release them again or not. While many food items are being added to the menu on a seasonal schedule, some of these become permanent items. In KFC Australia, its Hot and Crispy Boneless chicken is staying for good, and the brand is also expecting more sales with the addition of this favorite.
Moreover, News.com.au noted that numerous customers have demanded the return of the said spicy chicken, and KFC AU listened. It is now granting their wish, so there is high hope for this menu in terms of sales.
The KFC Hot and Crispy Boneless chicken will be available for a limited time across the country but will continue to be sold in the Aussie states of Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, and Tasmania. Fans who will miss the food item once the time is up can head to the nearest mentioned states to have them.
“We are thrilled to be bringing back our fan-favorite Hot and Crispy Boneless,” Australia’s 7News quoted Sally Spriggs, KFC Australia’s chief marketing officer, as saying in a statement. “Aussies went crazy for it when we introduced it for a limited time in 2021 and we knew we had to bring it back, and this time it will be a permanent menu item in some states.”
Meanwhile, for states that will not have the KFC Hot and Crispy Boneless as a permanent option, they will offer it from Nov. 1 to Nov. 28.
