Jungkook, a member of the phenomenal boy group, BTS, strikes again! His “Mida’s Touch” worked once again, and there is no denying that his popularity is no joke.
Jungkook’s sold out outfits in December
The 22-year-old’s fame just put Jungkook on the headlines again after selling out two outfits that he wore. It was reported that his selling power left fans in awe again when the jacket that he wore at the airport recently achieved its highest sales record.
It was said that the BTS member wore the GASMASK II fur jacket, and a few hours after being spotted, its sales went up to no. 1 in the outerwear category at the Musinsa’s brand site. The brand’s no. 2 bestseller was also something that Jungkook wore this month - an oversized cashmere coat that he used for a KBS show.
This is nth time that Jungkook sold out an item he wore or used. The amazing thing is that the idol singer is even selling out items that he is not even endorsing as a brand ambassador.
Recognition as the most handsome face in the world
At any rate, Jungkook also made waves recently when it was announced that he is the most handsome man for 2019. In the annual TC Chandler’s list of most beautiful people, the youngest member of the BTS band placed no. 1 this year, besting the likes of Chris Hemsworth and Harry Styles.
TC Chandler listed down the top 100 men from around the world, and Jungkook topped them all. The result was released on Dec. 27, and the photos of the top 20 were posted on TC Chandler’s Instagram. Also in the list are V (Kim Taehyung), who placed no. 4 and Jimin at no. 19.
BTS comeback and tour
Meanwhile, it was reported that BTS is gearing up for their next world tour. This rumor started when Big Hit Entertainment posted an update with the group’s photo, and it was captioned with the words “tour” and “April 2020.” while there is no formal announcement of a comeback yet, fans believe that a new album is on the way and world tour dates will soon follow.
