Since the start of the series, it has been implied that Satoru Gojo is one of the most powerful sorcerers. He has yet to demonstrate his full abilities, but “Jujutsu Kaisen” episode 7 will give fans more insight into what can accomplish as he unveils his Domain Expansion technique.
‘Jujutsu Kaisen’ episode 7 spoilers: Why Gojo is deemed a powerful sorcerer
Much like it was in the manga, Yuji’s journey of learning more about the Cursed Energy and Cursed Technique is something the fans are sharing with the main protagonist. Yuji and the viewers will both be witnessing Gojo teach about these things by demonstrating his techniques amid a real fight with a Cursed Spirit in “Jujutsu Kaisen” episode 7.
Gojo’s fight with the Cursed Spirit Jogo will continue in “Jujutsu Kaisen” episode 7. The Jujutsu High mentor will act unbothered the entire time because he does not see Jogo as a real threat or a strong opponent. In the manga, Gojo even took some time explaining to the Cursed Spirit why he is able to dodge or evade all his attacks using his Limitless innate technique.
It was established in the manga that Jogo is not a weakling, and even Yuji commented on how he is the strongest Cursed Spirit he has ever encountered. Upon realizing that he cannot kill Gojo just as Geto advised, Jogo activates his Coffin of the Iron Mountain Domain Expansion.
This is the point where Gojo will explain to Yuji that cursed technique attacks are guaranteed to land in a domain, so their options are counter with jujutsu or run away. But Gojo will emphasize in “Jujutsu Kaisen” episode 7 that the “most effective counter” is to expand their own domain. This is the point in the video preview where he takes off his blindfold as prepares to activate his Unlimited Void Domain Expansion.
‘Jujutsu Kaisen’ episode 7 release date, where to watch
The way Gojo’s technique works is a little complex, so “Jujutsu Kaisen” episode 7 is likely to be informative for Yuji and the viewers -- this is, after all, the Cursed Training Arc. But since the teaching moments are happening amid a real, intense fight this should still be an exciting info-dump episode.
