Jennifer Lopez is allegedly taking advantage of the hype over her marriage. It was claimed that the singer is demanding big bucks in exchange for her wedding photos with Alex Rodriguez.
According to the National Enquirer, it seems that J.Lo is turning her own marriage into something she can earn a huge paycheck from. After seeing the publicity on her engagement and upcoming wedding, she knows she can make more money, so she made the demand for higher pay for the pictures on the day of the nuptials.
“Jennifer is a businesswoman and this wedding is going to be American royalty,” the source told the tabloid. “If you think she’ll give that wedding dress picture away for free on social media, you’re nuts. Expect a huge security presence at the wedding and a total social media blackout. No pictures will be released until she’s approved them.”
But then again, Gossip Cop enters the picture to see if this report is true and it proved that their suspicion is correct - the story is simply made up. The fact-checking site pointed out that although Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are already engaged, they are not planning their wedding yet.
GC mentioned that J.Lo was interviewed by KTU last month and at that time, she revealed that she and J-Rod are not in the wedding planning stage yet. “We just got engaged and then right afterward we started working right away and we’re working the rest of the year,” Lopez said. “We have not decided if we are going to squeeze it in this year or we are going to wait.”
Clearly, the Jennifer Lopez demanding money for the wedding pics with Alex Rodriguez is false. In fact, this is not the first time that the National Enquirer was busted for its false report. Just last month, it reported Rodriguez got cold feet and backing out of his engagement from “On the Floor Singer” and of course this is not true.
Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are still together and did not call off their engagement. Fans can easily debunk this story as the couple regularly update their social media with photos of them together.
