“Katie’s been on the keto diet — a low-carb, high-fat plan that helped her lose weight and improve her health and vitality. She’s working out at the gym and doing Pilates and yoga. She’s slimmed down and toned up,” an insider apparently told the publication. However, since it’s Star that’s pushing this narrative, it’s best to take their word with a grain of salt. The outlet is known for writing false claims and has repeatedly shown that it’s not a publication to be trusted. There are also a lot of inconsistencies within the tabloid’s story about Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes.
