Jamie Foxx is reportedly getting married to Katie Holmes, but only if she signs a prenuptial agreement. It was said that Tom Cruise’s ex-wife wants to tie the knot now but the “Django Unchained” actor cannot do it yet so he is forcing her to sign the documents.
According to Gossip Cop, Globe reported that Katie Holmes is “hot to trot down the aisle” but Jamie will not do it if she will not agree with the prenuptial agreement.
“Jamie’s worth more than $100 million, while Katie’s got just a quarter of that,” the source allegedly told Globe. “She doesn’t want to complicate their romance with a prenup, but he’s insisting on it.”
It was added that Suri Cruise’s mom is willing to settle with some sort of agreement but if it means signing away her rights to any of their shared earnings while married, she will not go with it. The tabloid also claimed that Katie Holmes has been waiting for a long time for Jamie to marry him but the latter refuses due to the lack of a prenup.
Gossip Cop stated that this is a 100 percent fabricated story. For one, Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are not even planning a wedding yet and the actress’s representative told the fact-checking site that there is no truth to the story that Katie’s boyfriend is forcing her to sign a prenup.
Meanwhile, prior to this prenup issue, Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx allegedly called off their supposed wedding. As per Radar Online, Jamie Foxx has been cheating on the former “Dawson’s Creek” star so they are breaking up. Apparently, this is another false story about the couple. Clearly, they have not broken up yet and there is no prenup arrangement because they are not planning to settle down any time soon.
