News about the former “Fifty Shades of Gey” ("FSOG") stars never seem to stop on the internet. Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson have stirred up internet musings about the pair's chemistry on-screen since they appeared as Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele, respectively.

While it doesn't look like the pair will be working together anytime soon, professionally or otherwise, after “Fifty Shades Freed,” Dornan and Johnson's careers and love lives may just have the right amount of activity to keep any fan excited about the two actors' careers.

Jamie Dornan will be coming to the big screen once again in the upcoming “Robin Hood” film starring Taron Egerton and Jamie Foxx. Dornan will play Will Scarlett, Hood's half-brother and husband of Maid Marian, to be played by Eve Hewson. The movie is set for release in November.

Dornan's more action-oriented role may not be the most exciting feature for fans who only want to see him as Christian Grey, but a definite thriller for those who would want to see the Irish actor's career grow outside of the romance genre.

News about Dornan's life with wife Amelia Warner and his daughter are usually sparse, with the occasional sighting of the Dornan family unit from time to time in airports making up the most of it. But Dornan's "FSOG" leading lady may have more exciting love life news for fans.

Chris Martin and Dakota Johnson were spotted together recently by fans at a Radiohead concert in Boston. The couple was then joined by Aaron Paul of "Breaking Bad" fame, and his wife, Lauren Parsekian. But a more high-profile public appearance with Chris Martin isn't the only good news that fans can expect from Dakota Johnson.

Aside from her upcoming 2018 horror movie “Suspiria,” it looks like Dakota Johnson has another project coming out in October. “Bad Times at the El Royale,” a crime mystery thriller by Drew Goddard who made his directorial debut with “The Cabin in the Woods,” will feature the former "FSOG" actress in a role that won't be what her fans expect.

Starring alongside Jeff Bridges, Cynthia Erivo, and Chris Hemsworth, Johnson will be playing Emily Summerspring, a southern criminal. Jon Hamm, Nick Offerman, and Mark O'Brien have also joined the cast. Dakota Johnson's “Bad Times at the El Royale” will be released on Oct. 12.
