Jamie Dornan was recently reported as selling his Hollywood Hills home. The 36-year-old actor has been spending less time in his Southern California mansion due to him and his family being based primarily in Gloucestershire, England.
According to reports, the mansion is currently being sold at $3.19 million. Dornan purchased the home in 2016 for a reported value of $2.84 million. Dornan unsuccessfully attempted to rent out the property previously for a reported $13,000 a month. The mansion includes amenities such as a Japanese hot tub and an outdoor swimming pool. The size of the property is large enough for four bedrooms and four bathrooms in addition to the space set aside for the amenities.
Interested buyers can take note that Jamie Dornan's home was designed by the prolific architect Edward H. Fickett, known for his design of the La Costa Resort near San Diego, amongst his other designs. The 59-year-old house was modified in the '80s by Val Powelson.
While not as grand as the news about Dornan's mansion, “Fifty Shades of Grey” leading actress Dakota Johnson recently came out of an interview looking particularly business stylish. Johnson had recently come out with her latest film, the horror film remake “Suspiria.”
The movie had just premiered on the same day of her interview at the 75th Venice Film Festival, which Dakota Johnson had also attended in her stylish get-up. Johnson plays the part of Susie, an Ohio native who finds herself in a Berlin dancing school that seem to have sinister plans for its students. The film also stars Chloe Grace Moretz and Tilda Swinton and also has a cameo role for the original Suzy, Jessica Harper.
Johnson's foray into the horror genre has unfortunately been met with mixed reviews, with reports saying that people walked out during the film.
