Located in the resort’s Palms Tower, the Palms Executive Conference Center elevates events with privacy and exclusivity. The new conference center features more than 15,000 square feet of flexible indoor, outdoor and pre-function space with plenty of natural light. The Parian Room accommodates 50-200 guests, while the conference center’s nine breakout rooms can house 10 to 100 guests. Audiovisual services include webcasting, mobile apps, high-speed internet, ClickShare technology and digital lecterns. To celebrate its grand opening, the resort is featuring several Palms Executive Conference Center grand opening offers, such as a free coffee break and a $500 referral bonus program, for meeting planners who book the new venue in 2018.
“We’re finding groups are looking for more creativity in their meetings – beautiful spaces, imaginative activities, and outdoor areas to get an inspirational breath of fresh air,” said Sam Messina, Vice President of Sales. “These new spaces allow us to have a little more fun with our events, while also providing our clients all the nuts and bolts to make their events and meetings stand out.”
Neighboring event venue Cascade, located just off the casino floor, offers more than 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space with an open floor plan. Following the recent opening, the room has played host to special events, business seminars and weddings, including fashionable wedding brunches.
The resort’s culinary team custom crafts inspired meal breaks, using communal and family dining, restaurant style food selections, and JW Marriott’s award-winning service. The pre-function space offers an expansive patio area surrounded by greenery and waterfalls. The new space is designed to be eco-friendly, with hydration stations to limit the use of plastic bottles, electronic signage, linen-less tables, recycled notepads and paperless communication options.
The two new Las Vegas event spaces provide planners with a modern setting for innovative meetings, or the perfect backdrop for couples to be – all within a premier resort nestled in the golfing and shopping community of Summerlin. For more information, call 1-702-869-7777.
