Hyundai Motor Group unveiled the electrified Genesis G80 limousine that will serve as the official escort vehicle for next month’s G20 summit in Bali, Indonesia.
A ceremony was held in Jakarta to deliver the G80 limousine, which has been extended by 217 millimeters in length for the summit.
Hyundai sent 87 units of the electrified G80, along with 44 units of long wheel-based G80, and 262 units of all-electric IONIQ 5 to the Indonesian government.
Indonesia selected Hyundai Motor to provide the official escort vehicles for the summit.
Hyundai Motor completed its plant that produces 150,000 units a year in Indonesia’s Deltamas industrial complex in December last year.
