Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin were spotted at the marriage license bureau and courthouse last week. This sighting sparked rumors that the love-struck young couple tied the knot via a secret civil wedding that day.
According to People, in an effort to clear up the rumors, Hailey Baldwin used social media to deny the wedding speculations. The 21-year-old model posted a tweet that reads: “I understand where the speculation is coming from, but I’m not married yet!”
In any case, a friend seems to suggest that there was a civil ceremony when she allegedly told the magazine, “Hailey feels a civil ceremony and their ‘real’ wedding are two separate things. What happened at the courthouse is a courthouse thing — a legal thing.”
Meanwhile, Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin flew to London for the latter’s gig at the London Fashion Week. In between her work schedule, the pair found time to go around London and they visited a few popular tourist spots, including the Buckingham Palace.
Now, a touching and awesome thing took place while Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin were in front of Queen Elizabeth’s home. As E! News reported, the “Love Yourself” singer serenaded his ladylove by busking in the streets of London.

It was said that Justin took out his guitar and sang a few songs before his visibly delighted fiancee – and the fans. Many fans who were at the scene recorded the event on their mobile phones and they were as excited as Hailey.
One eyewitness told E! News that the pair showed a lot of PDA and they did not mind that many people could see them do their thing.
“They were very affectionate, stopping on street corners to pull each other in close to kiss,” the witness reportedly said. “They never let each other get too far and were always touching each other and laughing."
