HCI Group Real Estate Division Acquires New Office Building

TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 27, 2017 -- Greenleaf Capital, LLC, the real estate division of HCI Group, Inc. (NYSE:HCI), has acquired the Century Park office property in Tampa, Florida for $9.1 million.

Located in Tampa’s Westshore business district just across the street from HCI’s current corporate headquarters, the 7.9 acre parcel includes a four-story, 68,900 square-foot office building occupied by Bank of America North America under a long-term lease.
