- Australia - TD securities inflation rose by 1.6% in July, on yearly basis. HIA new home sales rose 0.5% in June from May. ANZ job advertisement dropped -0.4% in July from June.
- Japan - Manufacturing PMI came at 51.2 for July, lower than prior 51.4. Vehicle sales in July dropped by -1.3% from a year ago.
- China - Manufacturing PMI (caixin) came at 47.8 for July.
- Spain - Markit manufacturing PMI slowed to 53.6 from 54.5 prior.
- France - Manufacturing PMI remained same at 49.6 in July from June.
- Germany - Manufacturing PMI improved to 51.8 in July from 51.6 in June.
- Italy - Manufacturing PMI rose further to 55.3 in July from 54.1 in June.
- Euro zone - Euro zone manufacturing PMI rose to 52.4 in July from 52.2 in June.
- UK - Manufacturing PMI rose to 51.9 in July from 51.4 in June.
Upcoming -
- US - PCE inflation data along with personal income and expenditure to be released at 12:30 GMT, followed by Markit manufacturing PMI at 13:45 GMT and ISM manufacturing PMI at 14:00 GMT. Total vehicle sales to be released at 17:30 GMT. FOMC member Powell will hold speech at 14:50 GMT.
