A huge plot spoiler for “Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 3” was just released online, and it is a doozy. It involves the origins of Rocket (Bradley Cooper) and the daughter of Drax (Dave Bautista). Normally, such things are worth taking with a huge grain of salt. However, the source of this particular leak has been known to provide unusually accurate information in the past.
The leaker of this “Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 3” detail is Roger Wardell who posted the information on Twitter, WhatCulture reports. He has been known to offer accurate leaks in the past, and this time, his claims have a significant impact on what the future of the MCU could look like. The leak, in particular, provides a window into the possible future of Quill (Chris Prat) and Nebula (Karen Gillan).
“Rocket's creator is the High Evolutionary, Drax is in for a big surprise when he discovers his daughter is alive. Rocket also gets a love interest in the form of Lylla. Nebula and Star Lord will grow into closer friends,” the caption reads.
For some context, Lylla is a creature resembling an otter with intelligence comparable to that of Rocket himself. This leak also indicates that the plot for “Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 3” would involve Adam Warlock who is actually associated with the High Evolutionary. If the story of the film follows that of the comics, this would mean that there is a good chance for some truly spectacular developments.
On that note, this is all just a possible development for “Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 3,” but it does offer an interesting perspective of what could happen. With “Avengers: Endgame” wrapping up the story built over a decade, it’s time for a new one to be made. The great arc of the next phase could start with this film when it premieres on sometime around the summer of 2020.
