With the season 5 finale episode of Game of Thrones leaving us hanging and wanting for answers, here comes speculations and possible spoilers for the upcoming season 6. Season 5 brought tears and broke our little heart after seeing the dead and lifeless body of Jon Snow, but the question is, will we be seeing our doe eyed sweetheart? Will there be new characters to get to know? Who's coming back and who's going to die?
Here are bits of infos for you to feast on my dear wildlings:
-
With the casting announcements, House Umber will be coming back with British actor Dean S. Jagger portraying the House Umber's representative Smalljon Umber.
-
Our cute little Bran (Isaac Hempstead- Wright) is now a grown up and we will be seeing him gracing the television again as he returns in season 6.
-
There are also speculations as to the parentage of Jon Snow, with many suggesting that Jon Snow is the son of Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targaryen.
-
HBO was also kind enough to give us a glimpse by showing a short video. Khaleesi is seen bedraggled in an unknown location and with the next frame showing Ramsay Bolton riding a horse with his army.
-
New faces will be seen as well with British actress Melanie Liburd who's rumored to play as another red priestess.
-
And as for the premiere date of the new season, HBO is coy about the said date but a teaser image in their twitter account showed the word April which could mean that it may be released on April 2016.
So that is it for the Games of Thrones Season 6 updates guys! I hope you have had your fill and let us wait in anticipation as we get to see the iron throne again. Comment your thoughts below!
