Spain: Q2 unemployment survey report will be released at 7:00 GMT.
Germany: IFO business climate reports to be released at 8:00 GMT.
Italy: non-EU trade balance numbers to be released at 8:00 GMT.
United Kingdom: CBI trade survey report to be released at 10:00 GMT.
Eurozone: European Central Bank (ECB) will announce interest rate decision at 11:45 GMT, followed by a press conference at 12:30 GMT.
United States: Weekly jobless claims report will be released at 12:30 GMT, along with goods trade balance and durable goods order report. EIA will release weekly natural gas inventory report at 14:30 GMT. Kansas Fed will release its manufacturing activity report at 15:00 GMT.
Japan: Tokyo inflation report to be released at 23:30 GMT.
Auction: U.S. will auction 1-month bills at 15:30 GMT, and 7-year note at 17:00 GMT.
