• On the data front, figures released on Tuesday showed euro zone consumer confidence fell by 1.0 point in January from the December number.
• EUR/USD fell to hit daily low 1.6471 but bears couldn't sustain lower moves as dip buyers emerged.
• Immediate resistance is located at 1.6578 (23.6%fib), any close above will push the pair towards 1.6632 (Higher BB).
• Support is seen at 1.6471 (38.2%fib) and break below could take the pair towards 1.6389 (50%fib).
Recommendation: Good to buy around 1.6480, with stop loss of 1.6380 and target price of 1.6570
