“Fuller House” season 4 is the upcoming installment of the reboot of “Full House,” the original series which aired from 1987 to 1995. The updated series will soon be on its fourth season, proving that even the revival edition is still quite a big success.
In any case, the spin-off has been confirmed to return, although the release date is still unconfirmed. Perhaps it will be announced soon since filming has already started.
Episodes
“Fuller House” season 4 will probably have 13 episodes in all. Season 3 was divided into two parts and they were aired in separate stretches. The first part was released on Sept. 22, 2017, while the second part started on Dec. 22 of that year.
The reason for the split of the episodes was because the show was celebrating its 30th anniversary. Having it divided will make it possible for the producers to have a telecast during the holidays, which is a happier time to celebrate the show’s three decades on the air.
Filming
Earlier this year, Michael Campion, who will return as Jackson Fuller in “Fuller House” season 4, gave fans a heads-up when he revealed that they were scheduled to begin filming. In an interview with Feeling the Vibe, he shared when they will be back on the set.
“It’s supposed to start mid-April but we are going to head out there sometime in March,” he said.
With that information, “Fuller House” season 4 filming's is now in progress and started a few months ago. Other cast members like Andrea Barber also dropped hints about their upcoming comedy show by posting photos via their social media accounts.
While most of the cast members are returning for “Fuller House” season 4, the series’ showrunner, Jeff Franklin, has left the show. The production team was rattled with his sudden departure but they could not do anything about it as Jeff was in hot water for inappropriate behavior allegations.
As per Deadline, Jeff Franklin broke his silence over his firing from the show. In February, via Instagram, he wrote that he was heartbroken that he had to leave “Fuller House” season 4. He added that the “Full House” series was his “greatest joy” and wished the cast success. He was replaced by Steve Baldikoski and Bryan Behar as showrunners.
